Mailing Orders

Dear all just to inform that I will only mail out items within 3days after payment have receive. There will be NO sending out parcels on weekends due alot of customers have been complaining didn't receive for at least 1 week when i have post on weekends. Sorry for the inconvenience. ^______^

Oh btw would be appreciate that customers place down ya HP after ya payment, in case any urgent i could contact you rather than waiting for emails. Thanks ^___^

Please note that if ya ordering 4 items or more or if its a bulky items. I would suggest you to top up $2.24 for securing(reg) ya mail. 100% guarantee tat you wont have a lost mail. =) IF you are ordering more items please opt for courier service $6 which is much faster and safer too. =)

Please take note that POST OFFICE will be working only 5 days per week! So for those Reg mail it will takes about 3days to 1 week to arrive. For those normal mails it depends I could not est at the moment will update again. =)

From 15 May 2010, mail will be collected and delivered from Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays), with no change to our service standards (Quality of Service standard of delivery by next working day).

1) Once your order is CONFIRMED, please make payment.
2) Items are reserved for 1 day only, if no payment is received, orders will be cancelled and released to the next interested party. If you have any enquires, feel free to email me.
3) Please understand that these items are purchased from distributors, hence items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for another item. 7) Self-collection is available only on weekends at Block 425, near Hougang Mall. Please place your order before thursday if collecting at Hougang. Collection will be at our convenience. Feel free to email me if there is any urgent orders. Please note that self collection appointments may be cancelled any time. Thus it is recommeded to opt for post as I may not have the time to meet up. Hope you understand.
8) Price is subject to change without notice.
9) Our pricing is based on the quality of the products and current shipping rates.
