1) Once your order is CONFIRMED, please make payment.
2) Items are reserved for 1 day only, if no payment is received, orders will be cancelled and released to the next interested party. If you have any enquires, feel free to email me.
3) Please understand that these items are purchased from distributors, hence items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for another item. We are not responsible for any complaints/dissatisfaction on product issues. No refunds/cancellations/exchange once payment is made. Therefore, please clarify any questions before ordering.

7) Self-collection is available only on weekends at Block 425, near Hougang Mall. Please place your order before thursday if collecting at Hougang. Collection will be at our convenience. Thus it is recommeded to opt for post as I may not have the time to meet up. Hope you understand.
