1) Once your order is CONFIRMED, please make payment.
2) Items are reserved for 1 day only, if no payment is received, orders will be cancelled and released to the next interested party. If you have any enquires, feel free to email me.
3) Please understand that these items are purchased from distributors, hence items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for another item. We are not responsible for any complaints/dissatisfaction on product issues. No refunds/cancellations/exchange once payment is made. Therefore, please clarify any questions before ordering.
4) We will not be responsible for loss of items by normal mail ,hence shipping by registered post is strongly recommended.
5) Pre-order items need a minimum of 2-3 weeks to arrive after closing date.
6) Ready stocks will be sent out within 3 days after payment made.
7) Self-collection is available only on weekends at Block 425, near Hougang Mall. Please place your order before thursday if collecting at Hougang. Collection will be at our convenience. Feel free to email me if there is any urgent orders. Please note that self collection appointments may be cancelled any time. Thus it is recommeded to opt for post as I may not have the time to meet up. Hope you understand.
